The new 63,570-SF, three-story L3Harris Commons building is a central hub for student services featuring the Center for Student Success on the first floor, housing offices of admissions, financial aid, student accounts, the registrar and campus services. The second floor is dedicated to the School of Psychology, while the third floor includes classrooms and additional office space.
[W]e always look to partner with companies who share in our philosophy of applying their talents in an open, collaborative and participatory process. Harris Village being a highly complicated, fast‐tracked project required that MH Williams provide a significant amount of up‐front coordination and attention to detail, both coordinating an ever‐changing scope and its ultimate effect on the project budget. As an added challenge the project completion date could not change. The degree of trust, honesty and competency that we experienced with [MH Williams] was nothing less than exceptional.
